Our founder fulfilled on his vision to create a living example of sustainability and implementing “repurpose” in construction by saving this boat just before it was hauled to get crushed in a landfill. Instead of becoming waste, it was transformed into a bar that floats in the center of the venue as a statement.
We craft delectable, healthy mocktails from fresh ingredients. Our menu features local beer, carefully selected wine, and delicious mocktails, and very soon specialty cocktails. Founder of Sailor & The Dock, Hamid, envisions a mocktail menu that utilizes fresh citrus from his small permaculture farm.
