Della Terra Pasta
Established in 2011 with a single goal in mind: making delicious pasta using American-grown wheat, we take pride in working directly with millers and farmers to source high quality wheats. Della Terra has a variety of whole grain pasta including; einkorn, spelt, khorasan, durum and locally grown red winter “smith’s gold” as well as select semolina wheat varieties. Our premium pastas are ideal for people who value hand-crafted foods and enjoy easy dinners made with American-grown, high quality ingredients.
